I'm not a doctor but when I was 23 I had a large cyst the size of a baby's head and didnt know it until the real pain kicked in and had no choice but to have surgery and lost an ovary and tube. When I saw the doctor she said that I should consider having children young because it would be less likely that I can have babies at a later age. Make a long story short today I have 3 children that were normal deliveries with one ovary and I was 37 when my last child was born. I wouldn't worry too much just do what's right for the sake of your health. Good luck
