I wake up in the morning with lower pain. I can hardly get out of bed. I have arthritic type problems all over my body. I am having pain in my upper left chest, it often goes up my neck. I have had a stress test for the latter. I do not know the results. I have sore spots in my chests, my right knee is sore much of the time. My wrists are a problem with carpal tunnel type pain. My fingers are very sore when I flex them. Diagnosis anyone?
