Hang in there. Tell your Mom. You are not alone though I know it feels like it. Don't be ashamed because you will be surprised at how many people are in the same boat with you. I'm 43 and have had both hips replaced and I am in chronic pain all the time. Depression is like riding a roller coaster except it isn't fun. I have ups and downs. It can be very bad when you stay down. I take celexa to smooth things out and see a pyscologist twice a month. He helps keep me heading in the right direction. There is help for you out there. Tell your Mom. Noone can help you if they don't know you need it. Good Luck
