I have had tinnitus for about 4 yrs and it is bothering me alot also.The only thing for me is to use ear plugs when I am around loud noise, my grandkids basketball games. I get pains in the ears, do you? They can find nothing. I just thur allergy testing, but nothing changed. Funny, doesn't bother me to get to sleep. It is very upsetting. Do you have any skin problems? Sometimes think that is a connection. Wish I could help us both.
