Anna, I too have cmv unfortunatly it was not discovered until our daughter was stillborn because of it. There are some drugs used in certain circumstances in certain areas but there is no cure, once you have cmv you have it for life and could have flare ups at any time, I received a publication recently that said that a good nutricanal diet can be of help and exercise without pushing yourself too much or over doing it. The one thing you should do is have your vision checked regularly as in some cases it can cause retinitus which if left untreated can lead to blindness. It may be a good idea to find a doctor that specialises in cmv, that way you can be checked properly and you could get more information and see if there is an option open to you as for a treatment to control the cmv goes.
