I had the same surgery two years ago. I would suggest you get a second opinion on your problem. When you seek a second opinion make sure the next physician knows of all the medication you are taking and what the physician you saw before recommended. When I had the same surgery, my bladder leaked temporarily but it lasted only a small period of time. I'm still taking medication for high blood pressure and high chlorestarol. Get a second opinion.
