Hi~ I have been through menopause already ...since the normal flora of the virgina is i bit unbalanced..and anything that is perscribed is usaully an antibotic of some sort i have found..if you can get a applicater from the drug store..and fill with plain yougurt from a health food store..this usually will work it restores the natual balance again...this has worked the best for me over the years..do it for 1 week before bedtime...hope this helps
