My advice, as a nutritionist, is to get on a vegetarion diet. Get away from all animal products. Eat as many things raw as possible and refrain from eating processed foods. Whole grains are essential, brown rice, oatmeal, etc,. Flax seeds ground up in a coffee grinder, possibly a few tablespoons a day supply the body with the omega 3 fatty acids. It's also essential that you build up the intestinal flora with a good grade acidophilus, which can be purchased at health food store and stored in the refrigerator. Take a double dose the first week or two. Eat lots of green, green salads. The red leaf and green leaf lettice, and the Romains keep much better than the basic head lettice, and are so much better for you. Your immune system is not working well or your body would be able to fight these bacteria off. Also a good vitamin with mineral supplement included would be good for you. Good luck.
