I have had kidney stones in my right kidney for over 30 years. When I was diagnose with the kidney stones a doctor told me to never have surgery to remove the stones. I have had the same treatment as you have, but never as frequent as your treatment. The bleeding was present during my pregnancies and the obstetrician adviced me not to have anymore children because the baby pushed against the kidney or used space that were needed for the kidneys. When there is pain, it is unbearable. I try not to do any heavy work because sometimes this will cause the stones to move. Be sure to drink lots of water, cranberry juice, and try not to drink pop, especailly colas. Did your urologist do testing to see what kind of stones you have? Have you gotten a second opinion? Ann
