When You Have head lice, You have to wash everything, Sheets, blankets, bathrobs, Jackets, ect., If your head hits it wash it and run in dryer, the heat will kill the eggs.My Daughter had a real hard time with it. WE tried alot of stuff, the best one we used had a shampoo and egg removal cream. We were told to always blow dry her hair after washing, the heat kills the eggs. My niece had gotten it, she was 19 at the time, she just died her hair, the chemicals in the hair dye kill all the lice and the eggs, so I guess if you want a quick soluton do that. Once it is gone I would replace all your brush's,comb's and bed pillow. And remember-WASH EVERYTHING!!!! Good Luck, Karen W.
