An MRI shows a small lateral herniated disk between C6-C7. In certain positions my entire left arm, hand, shoulder and side tingle to almost numbness. I have full range of motion but the numbness makes me crazy. It's almost constant unless I lift my arm over my head. I'm seeing a chiropractor, massage therapist and will begin with a physical therapist. I am a 56 year old female in (otherwise) good health. I'll see my med doctor this week. What is the treatment of choice these days?
