The symptons you're having sound like the one's people experience prior to a stroke. Not enough blood reaches the brain and causes confusion, unstableness, dizziness, and especially slurred speech. My wife's relative was having the same symptoms and it was found she had blocked arteries in her neck. Your symptons may be related to something else even though they sound strangely familiar.
