I had Meningitis and lived with only 1 hr. left. I was allergic to Penicillin. There are so many new antibiotics available to treat it now. She may need to go onto a different kind if this one hasn't worked. If it was Meningitis, she would have hrs. to live. If a stiff neck, projectile vomiting across the room and a fever of 106F should ever happen, get her to the hospital FAST! Hope this will help you! Write back if you want to tell me how she made out.
