So sorry to hear of your daughter's problem--but I might have a "shot in the dark" answer. I also suffer from a very similar set of symptoms ( passing out, sleeping for 10-12 hours after, twiching of arm leg or eyelids, losing control of bladder--and numbness of toes and to lesser extent, fingers). I have all the same tests by neurologists locally--always show nothing. I now know (from seeing experts in other states),that I have had damage to my neurological,motor--and immune systems--from pesticide poisoning. Do you have a pest control company or use insecticide sprays or "bombs", yourself? Also, do you ( or your neighbors) use lawncare pesticides/herbicides? What about where yor daughter goes to school or works? Keep track of her fainting episodes--and any exposure to these she might have had. See if they happen around the same time. It sounds so similar to my documented "spells". I live in a state where there is a registry for people sensitive to pesticides--and I must be called by any company doing work within a half-mile of me. There are many people nationwide with this condition--and a few doctors and specialized tests--that can pinpoint it for you(if this is the problem). On a final note--has the building where she is living been tested by a toxicologist--for pesticides? And check on the "historical background" of the property--was it industrial or agricultural before development? Hope this gives you some leads and I wish you the best! Feel free to let me know if I can help with references to experts, etc.
