Osteoarthritis of the knees

If you believe in health supplements then I suggest you try sharks cartilage and MSM. I have had the same knee problems and also bone on bone back for two years and tried lots of anti-inflamatories and pain meds but no luck. I refuse injections I want to make my knee and back better not just mask it. I have been on MSM for about 2 months now and off celebrex I have next to no pain in my back and none in my knee although I still cannot put full weight on the knee going up or down stairs. I am used to taking one stair at a time I am in no hurry. The Sharks cartilage has done wonders for me. I suggest you go to the website www.arthritis-msm-supplements.com and get the information there. It will tell you what you need to know and what you don't need to know. Please go to the sight. Before you take anything you probably know you should talk to your Doctor. However in the meantime try rubbing your knee with some castor oil it is like puting oil on a squeeky wheel and it won't stain anything and it doesn't smell bad. Please try these things before you start putting needles into your knee. Let me know how you are please. Lynda
