If you believe in health supplements then I suggest you try sharks cartilage and MSM. I have had the same knee problems and also bone on bone back for two years and tried lots of anti-inflamatories and pain meds but no luck. I refuse injections I want to make my knee and back better not just mask it. I have been on MSM for about 2 months now and off celebrex I have next to no pain in my back and none in my knee although I still cannot put full weight on the knee going up or down stairs.
