Please try going to a chiroprocter as soon as possible. I had less severe tingling and numbness in my right wrist and forearm and it has been cured completely. I had a rotated vertebra in my middle back that causes the problem. It has returned twice over the last five years and each time two or three visits to the chiroproactor takes care of it. It will cost you very little to at least try a few visits to a chiroproacter and may give you a lot of relief. Good luck.
