Sorry about bad side effect from Actonel. I take Fosamax for osteoporosis and have not had any side effects. Perhaps the doctor could try this for your wife. This is supposed to be very effective, but the best part is you only take a single pill once a week - great for people like me, who am a walking drugstore.
