Tinnitus is often caused by non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs (such as Aleve or Advil), Celebrex, Vioxx, aspirin, and even Pepto Bismal, which contains salicylates (also found in aspirin). It can also be caused by some medical conditions, so it's a good idea to have a thorough medical work-up if eliminating these common drugs brings no relief. Since you obviously have access to a computer, you could research tinnitus on one of the more reputable medical sites, such as Mayo Clinic or WebMD.
