The very first thing you need to do is see your doctor who is managing your coumadin regime. You will need to work closely with both MD and dentist and your dentist should definitely be aware of the current status of your pro time, etc. before hand so that you can have a vell managed surgery and recovery. With good support and management you should do well - but you NEED that management. Good luck!
