I had a very seriouse fall in 1999 and a blunt trauma to my chest wall, and severe whiplash (compressed spinal cord and three discs in my neck region, now need fused. I never had nor anyone in my family, to my knowledge, hashimotos disease. After I fell so hard down steps, all my problems began. Please anyone who can help me understand this. My doctor tells me this had nothing to do with my thyroid gland. I disagree.
