I've been takig Elmiron now for about4-5 yrs I think. Initially my bladder problem was so bad that I always had stabbing pains on my sides, frequent urination-every 30min, chocolate, coffee, wine would bother me. However I never thought that day would come that I wouldn't need Elmiron again! It's been almost a year now and I've become almost "cured" to the point that now I only take it when I have the occasional bladder flareup, maybe twice a year for 2 weeks each time and then I'm ok. I can tell you that Elmiron definetly works!
