If your doctor thought he had Chickem Pox he would/should see him immediately not in a few days!!! If he is not itching them I am not inclined to think they are chicken pox. AS CP is VERY itchy!!! Are you sure it's not a heat rash or an allergic reaction? Are they only on his chest? Is it in an area that stay's wet? Say from formula, milk or drooking? Is he cutting a tooth? Do his ears hurt? Is he rubbing them? Was he exposed to Chicked Pox? As if does have it you will need to inform parents where your child has had contact. Good Luck! Please call your pediatrition again and get seen sooner! If nothing else it will give you some peace of mind! Kimb
