My Son had red spots after 3 days of fever and his doctor said it was Roseola. Children age 2 and under are very likely to get this, it looks like chicken pox, but doesnt have raised bumps or seem to itch. He just had us give him Tylenol and beware of the possiblity of high fever and seizures common with this sickness. Within a few days, he was eating normal, no fever and the spots were gone.
