There must be more than one med for this gout, but after being misdiagnosed for YEARS, a new doc ordered colchcine 0.6mg daily up to 5 during an attack, one every hour. My brother was given both Cochcine and puriniol his cleared up never to get again for years. Lucky him and he stopped the meds, but watches his diet like a bible.
