when I saw your message, it really frightened me. with your red, itchy skin around the breasts and under the arm along with enlarged lymph nodes, you could have symptoms of a type of breast cancer called "inflammatory breast cancer." it has this appearance and these symptoms. please make an appointment for a mammogram and examination by a BREAST SURGEON as soon as possible. i'm not a medical professional, but I have breast cancer and have known several women with inflammatory breast cancer. your symptoms sound very much like what they experienced at the outset. the symptoms came on very quickly also. good luck and please let me know how things turn out. if I can help in any way, please e-mail me anytime.
