Take donatol. It will relax your stomach. Eat small meals about six times a day. Be careful of spicy foods and salads for awhile. Go to a Doctor because your problem might be diverticulitis. I would not take enemas or anything as harsh as that. If you get contipated take a tablespoon of milk of magnesia. Also take fiber con. I have had IBS for years so I know whereof I speak. it can be brought under control if in fact you have IBS.
