If this is any consoloation I have been suffering with Interstial Cystitis for 3 and half years and have been under the urologist for most of this time I have had countless cystoscopys which look at the bladder and just show there is inflammation. And I have had that many antibiotics nothing seems to work. I have now been given a monrhs trial of cimetedine 800mg aday this is supposed to help. and if this does not work there is this other treatment but i cant remember but all I can suggest i that you get refferred to a urologist from your gp you need not suffer if he cant help. it is a very difficult problem to treat. because mostly it is not infectious so antibiotis dont work. This may not apply to you this is only my experience which has been a long drawnout complication. Take Care Sandra
