I too suffer from chronic cystitis problems. I found out a few years ago that I was actually suffering from interstitial-cystits..(chronic inflammation of the bladder). This is why antibiotics wouldn't help most of the time...because it wasn't an infection..it was simply inflammed. The thing that helps me the most is having my bladder stretched. It's fairly simple and done on an out-patient basis. Hope this helps..God bless
