has anyone had results doing physical therapy or some other type of non-surgical treatment for a extra large herniated disk in the lumbar area. Was is leg cramping pain a few weeks back, but it has let up, and it bearable now, with no pain medicine. Re-thinking a scheduled surgery this week. Help!
