I too suffer the same symptoms. Only my heart races when my head is woozy and dizzy. Dr's can find NOTHING wrong. I have trouble standing long periods of times and I am hit by an "attack" without warning. It has totally disrupted my life. I am now on Anivert. It seems to help, it has only been two days. I'll keep you posted. I have been to every kind of dr. no diagnosis. Good luck, let me know if you find anything. Good Luck.....
