Do not worry ovarian cysts are common and many of them either dissolve on their own or like you will require surgery. I have had 4 operations in the last 20 years to remove cysts from my left ovary. I think the worse part of an ovarian cyst is the pain/discomfort it can cause (before it will dissolve on its own) or before a surgery. The surgery is very simple you will be ok and will feel better.
