Dear Amanda I have recently been Diagnosed withSLE and Sjogrens wish is a disorder of the way earts are made and continual dry mouth. I have had this a WHile but always ut it down to hayfever symptoms. so I coantstantly blink and my eyes are more sensitive to bright sunshine. I think at sometime I may have to use artificial tears bt I am not sure we havnt spoke about this yet.I hope this has been of some help Take Care Sandra
