Maybe she has a surgical hernia and that is causing her to vomit. Or have you looked in to endometriosis that can cause severe bloating and vomiting. well it did with me anyway. Good luck but you must look in to other things and not assume its from the gall bladder operation. although the surgery itself could have caused a hernia so maybe have that checked out.
