I have been diagnose with Spinal Stenois. Dr. want to fuse 4 of my vertibraes. From what I understand, I will have a 3' metal plate put into my neck, and use donated bone fragments to build my upper neck bones. I will too have to wear a hard plastic neck brace for 3 months, then I will start 3 months of therapy. Let me know what was done with you, and how long you've been in pain....Thanks
