If you have no insurance it probably doesn't matter as many of the new treatments (yes, some are in COMBO w/ Riboviron) are STUDIES done by hospitals in your area. You need a good internist--find a teaching hospital and get on their study list. Treatments are improving in the last ten years so you may have spared yourself an unsuccessful treatment by waiting.
