I think you need to get another opinion from another Dr. I have 8 grandchildren and 3 daughters I have raised all of them. Colic makes a baby cry and be fussy. Throwing up sometimes is normal too. But not all the time. I have never heard of a baby taking Zantac. The pediatricians here will not give anything for reflux in babies. It is usually normal for babies to have some reflux.My daughter breastfed her babies and they are both allergic to dairy, but it did not affect her breast milk. Have they checked to make sure this baby does not have a blockage? Is this baby gaining weight? The baby could also have a mucus plug causing the vomiting. If I were you, I would get a second opinion.
