I did not have dry eye until after the cataract surgery. It may have been the surgery itself or the post op medicications. I had severe discomfort and pain 5 days after the surgery. Until then all was well. Since then, I've had dry eye. Has anyone else had this happen to them and did it repair after using the punctum plugs? I'm getting very discouraged. It has been six weeks since surgery. Went in to fix one thing and got something worse. (At least I feel so).
