Be sure you have a workmens comp. attorney and consider having the surgery as soon as possible because that sounds like the only permanent relief you might be able to get. Just make sure you investigate all your options. I to have a herniated disc but mine is not as bad as yours. Hang in there and keep fighting for your workmens comp.
