I had the same problem for years and took so many antibiotics I got scared. I had an MRI for one thing and sinus disease showed up and they told me to find an ear,nose,throat doctor and I did. He sent me for a cat scan and found that my sinus cavities were filled with polyps, deviated septum and scar tissue on the little bones. I had surgery and could breathe so much better, but also have some allergies which will trigger sinus flare ups. It took me a year to think I was getting better but then was referred to an allergy doctor I am handling this a lot better and have had only one sinus flare-up in the last year. I am doing so much better. Good luck to you.
