I can identify big time with you. How are your teeth?? I had this for twenty years until my whole head was on fire and I also had electical like shocks going across the top of my teeth and up my nose. I saw specialists such as oral medicine and a neourolgist who said there was nothing wrong. Dental x-rays showed nothing but finally a dental urgeon was merciful and pulled two teeth and that was the end of all my hell!!!! Both teeth were root canals that went crazy.
