You need to find a good doctor who will listen to you and be willing to take each condition at a time and try to fix it. I have had all of these conditions. First, if you are overweight and can lose weight that will help a lot, unfortunately I have not lost the weight. I watch what I eat and how much. Don't try to eat too much at each meal and spread your meals out to six a day. Also, you should be taking something like prevacid which really helped me, that is unless you have to have surgery and you don't want to have to go that far unless it is absolutely necessary. Second, I have had a hiaetal (spelling?) hernia for many many years. Unless it gets worse don't worry about it. Mine hasn't changed in many many years and if it does you will know it as you will because you will probably get sick. For the ulcer, did they do an endoscopic test (putting the light down into your stomach?) If you have one it will clearly show up and they can tell what kind it is. Some are caused by bacteria and if that is the case can be agressively treated with medication, otherwise you can be put on medication that will be a great help but you will always have to watch what you eat. About the gallbladder, I suffered with the same kind of pain but x-ray showed nothing at first until I had some sort of laproscopic surgery and they looked around and saw I had a diseased gallbladder. Of course, it had to come out. You need to make your doctor listen to you. Take care of the most painful one at first. Good luck.
