Did an ENT tell you you didn't have sinusitis? I had it for probably a year before being referred to my ENT. I had a very bad infection, which my family doctor didn't see. Since i have had two surgerys. Yes, the pain can be all of what you discribed. If you don't have blockage which requires surgery you could try a personal steamer. Also sometimes a hot water bottle helps me. Seems to loosen things up. I still get infections, but now receive allergy shots every other week, use a nasal spray and am on a decong. all the time. If an ENT says you don't have sinusitis, you may want to see an allergist, if not that you may have pain from your jaw, do you grind your teeth at night?
