Has your dr thought of testing you for Sjogren's Syndrom. Meds do cause dryness, but S.S. is an autoimmune disese that in part causes dry eyes. Testing consists of a blood test - ANA/lip biopsy. Do you have a dry mouth, also dryness in other parts of the body? For comfort, stay out of direct breeze; warm/cold compresses are sometimes helpful. Artificial tears are good plus eye ointment at bedtime. Hope this has been helpful.
