yes, I feel the meds could have aggravated your dry eye. i had lasik eye surgery and suffered severely afterward. the doctor had to cauterize close my lower tear ducts to keep tears in the eye. Try Natural Tears. Don't use Tears with any preservatives. I don't trust the ingredients. Good luck
