I started to get them sround the same age. I am now 26. I think part of it could be circulation. I was on my feet for hours at a time working as a bartender. I have also heard that wearing constricting clothing around your waist or hips such a tight pants can agrivate the prob. I wish there were a way to slow the process but I have not found it. I am in great shape but hate to wear shorts and short skirts because of the veins. If you hear of anything that helps short of vascular surgery please let me know. Jennifer
