hi, i also have rls which in my case is related to an ilness called gitelmans syndrome.this is a potassium deficency this is also found in another ilness called bartters syndrome.both these illnesses are linked and nearly all the people i have spoken to who have one of these syndromes has rls,mine however isn't as bad as most for which i am lucky. it may be worth asking your doctor to check your potassium and magnessium levels when they are low this sometimes makes my legs numb,tingly,cold feet,itchy etc. please email if you want more info sheila
