hello.. I saw you message today..I have a cluster migrain disorder and was put on Paxil several yrs ago and it seems to be so effective.All head/mri and scans are negative here too.Had them for 30 yrs and I am 49/male. I watch my diet and try to stay away from triggers. The female seems to suffer when the menstruel cycle appears ? You may need a seratonin uptake inhibitor ? For pain i am prescribed fuirenol or called bubabitol..Tried the imetrex and others /no luck. Wann chat ? send me a mail...good luck
