My granddaughter has this happening to her and she was just diagnosed with diabetes 1. Have that checked out. Do you have any fast heart beating? This is usually a thyroid problem...Natures Sunshine has an herb (if there is not another disease connection, its worth trying) that is called HSN (hair, skin, and nails).. I take it for my nails but it has also helped my hair. Good luck....be sure and check this out....
