Patti and Julie, It sounds like more of us are trying to get rid of this pain than ever before, I thought I was alone 7 years ago when this started and I was 33. Since then I have had several cortisone shots, none worked, and 3 surgeries and now I am worse with the scar tissue and added inflammation, have had 13 accupuncture treatments and p.t. but I am interested in knowing what the ultrasound es is all about. I have had ultrasound along time ago but I don't know if that is what I had, desperate for my old life back but I will take some relief besides all the pain meds I take for some relief. Thanks SusAN
