I have had over 9 surgeries on my stomach..mostly as a result of olvarian cysts or olvarian cancer (both olvaries were removed). Consequently, I believe that I have adhesions that are causing severe pain and bowel obstruction. I have had several colonoscopys and with no internal obstructions found. Although, I have been known to go 21 days without a bowel movement (and my movements are the size of a pencil...or smaller). Insurance won't recognize the fact that there is a problem because every test I take...the results are negative...but I feel absolutely miserable. Therefore, the only digagnosis that I can come up with personally is adhesions...does anyone else have symptoms where they are literally crippled from pain and lack of system movement??? And if so, did you get help and how did you get your insurance company to recognize that there was a severe problem.????
